Kadir’s est1979 — Restaurant in England

Owner gives the food in a box, does not use bags, my box broke on the way home and ruined most of my food, only thing was left was rice and some biryani, all my chicken curry was ruined all my chapatis, my biryani sauce was ruined, owner said he will sort it, I was soo hungry my tummy was hurting on this day, as I work in a hospital and had no time all day to eat.

When I tried to call back after a few weeks to have the items replaced, owner made it difficult to have the things replaced, he was offering less than what was damged. And I felt like this was going to turn into an argument so i just said don't worry and hung up.

In the end I gave up, if the owner want to be like this, okay, he is happy and good...

I ordered the biryani via Deliveroo yesterday and was impressed by the flavor. However, I felt that the curry overpowered the rice, making it seem less like a traditional biryani.
