Ordered the big sizzler, the fish and meat at the top half of the plate was warm. Not a sizzling by any means. They were going to get extra hot fish which never came. When we mentioned this when paying the bill, we were told that because we had refused the extra portion of fish? they did not make it. The service and attitude toward the situation was awful. Will not be going back.

I am deeply disappointed by your response to the situation we experienced. Yes, we ordered one large sizzler, which we were told serves 3–4 people, and one naan. However, the quantity of food ordered is entirely irrelevant to the issue at hand: some of the food was served lukewarm. At no point were we seeking complimentary food, as you've implied. We ordered exactly what we intended to, given that only three of us were dining and none of us are large eaters.
What we found especially unacceptable was the manner in which our complaint was handled. Having a staff member bring out a thermometer in the middle of the restaurant and publicly insinuate that we were being dishonest was both embarrassing and unprofessional. Please do not claim that the fish was 65°C, as the thermometer—measured in front of us—clearly showed 53°C. Moreover, the fish was not rejected; we were waiting for a properly heated replacement that never arrived.
Your claim that we finished our starters is also inaccurate. We did not finish the meal and instead left to dine elsewhere due to both the quality of the food and the dismissive service.
This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had. Based on the service received during the visit and the response to our concerns afterward, we will not be returning or recommending your...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! What a waste of a birthday night and money!! Firstly, the food. None of it had any flavour, was bland and tasteless and half the time we received the wrong thing. Chilli garlic mushrooms had no flavour and were slimy to the taste. We were told they ran out of chicken tikka masala but had chicken jalfrezi available?? Chicken jalfrezi has large peppers, spices and chillies in which I've attached from Google in the review. When this came, it looked and tasted like butter chicken which is the second picture I've attached. Secondly, the food took almost 45 minutes to come to our table with a 5 year old having to wait this long for just a bowl of chips! CHIPS! I could've drove home, made them and brought them back quicker!! By the time the food came we were so hungry, another bowl of chips was ordered which we had to wait almost another 45 minutes to come. This was then cancelled as it was getting too late and everyone was yawning. We told the waiter to take this off the bill. And lastly, when the night was done without being given the bill we were just asked if we wanted to pay by cash or card. Upon requesting to actually look at the bill we were being charged for things we didn't order!!!!!! What an absolute mockery!! The service is a joke, the place that apparently was under refurbishment for so many months is a joke because nothing has changed apart from a couple of fishtanks dotted around there and the food you order which you don't even get correctly is a joke! Can't see this place lasting for too long! There are much nicer places with exceptional customer service and just tasty food out there. Spend your money anywhere else other...

Waited 1hr 20 for food. No apology or communication on the delay. At the 50min mark I had to ask for an ETA as children were getting cranky... got no communication back until I had to ask again.
Items missing from the order when it came, waiters asking us to confirm what we had or didn't have rather than reconciling it themselves.
Got billed for things we hadn't received at all in the end.
Food was ok in fairness but attitude stunk... they just couldn't careless.
When we said we were not paying the full bill they suggested that we should have sympathy for them as they had just received a delivery. When this fundamental aspect of managing a business became the customers problem I am not sure. They took off one dish on the total bit still no remorse or apology of the service.
Everyone has off days but you need to communicate, be sincere and try and make up for service failing in what is "a service" business. And don't avoid eye contact with patrons! At one point they walked on past as we fed kids crisps while they waited to be fed.
We were not the only customers on the night in this situation, saw at least 2 others complaining of the same thing to staff... also getting no response. And it was not anywhere...
