Very busy, as expected on a Friday night, have to say a well done to all the staff though. I went in after a 12 hour shift, just wanting something to eat, and some of the customers were so entitled, and down right rude that I’m honestly so surprised the staff were able to stay so calm. One of the customers was leaning on the gate thing and staff repeatedly asked them to move off of it so that they could get out behind the counter, constantly ignoring them, the staff were trying to help with their order and nothing seemed to be right or good enough for that customer. The staff stayed polite the whole time, apologising for the wait and trying to get things done as quick as possible. Yes there was a wait- what do you expect, it’s a Friday night, they have drive through, deliveries, as well as walk in customers! Give them a break people, they’re trying their hardest. Lastly, I didn’t end up even looking at my food until I got home 30 minutes later, and yet it was still hot, and didn’t look as messed up as I thought it may have getting thrown around the backseats 😂

I have been to the Kfc on Dock Side alot of times and never had a problem, on this occasion we had a Home Delivery and it was a quick, driver was polite, rest of order was fine but Zinger Burger had rotten lettuce inside, when we called Kfc they did offer to replace the Zinger Burger but i'm more worried about who thought it was ok to put rotten lettuce in a meal to begin with and the chips look and taste like they retired years ago, poor show Kfc. 🤢🤮

Took 5min to actually order the food cause staff are on the phones and retstaurant had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Tables full of trash. Floor is dirty. I'd understand if there was actual customers in here but i was the only one here and its dirty. Staff cant be this busy texting on their phones. Atleast if youre using ur phone dont be texting while taking my order...

Some of the staff here need to make serious amendments to their personal hygiene. This establishment clearly does not pay it's staff a liveable wage as it seems some members of staff are unable to afford anti-perspiration spray.

A beanstalk of a fellow, donning glasses, who was moping around the customer seating area of the restaurant, looking as if he would be much happier dead, seemed to be the source of the stench. If a person with hygiene issues so serious that I could smell him from a meter away, whilst I was trying to enjoy my sloppy zinger box meal, was who they allocated to the front of house, I dread to think what other hygiene oversights there are in the back of house.

Speaking of hygiene oversights, the toilets were revolting, featuring blocked urinals, dusty extractor fans, toilet pans that looked as if they had been pebble dashed with excrement, and a severe lack of hand soap.

The meal was at best unfortunate, and at worst genuinely depressing, had more bone than meat, and featured sloppy, moist buns.

The gentleman at the counter was the only saving grace to this visit which can only be described as a living nightmare. I noticed his name was also Oliver and he was exceptionally polite.

I shall not be making a hasty return. I feel bad for the staff having to work in such a mismanaged, revolting...

I ordered a mighty bucket for one and 1 extra piece of chicken. The texture and colour of the chicken in the meal was different to the individual piece of chicken. When I quietly raised this with the team member that served my food a female manager and a male manager both turned and said what is wrong that’s the chicken mate. Do you want a refund? I carried on explaining to the team member and a customer at the counter then said it’s extra crispy mate. I didn’t react just said to the team member are you able to change those pieces and the female manager just yelled I get you refund, YOU WANT REFUND! So I just said yes, I’ll have a refund. The money was abruptly handed over to me even though I paid with card and I left. I worked for KFC from 2000-2017 from team member to area manager so I know why the chicken was like that but to be spoken to in the way those two spoke to me was not nice. Re-train and coach the team please. It’s a great looking store and the feel is busy if you had the customer service in place it could be a great store. Several stores are advertising for a store manager in this area so please get this sorted as the staff are clearly struggling. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted all of my chicken pieces to look and feel the same not dry. I had to settle as they was busy...

Disgusting food and service, would give zero stars if to. Ordered food for eat in and table service. 25 mins later no food, went to counter as friends who ordered after us where getting theirs for takeaway. Noticed on screen our order number was showing for collection. Asked how long had it been sitting there waiting, was told had only just been put there, which was a lie as I had been stood there for 5 mins whilst friends order was being sorted as it was wrong. Asked why hadn't it been delivered to our table as it clearly stated table service on their system, all I got was dunno and no apology. Finally got food and drinks and went to table. Drinks where wrong so daughter took them back. Opened food and it was all cold and chips weren't cooked. Took back to counter and was told could re cook. Didn't now want this wanted money back. Girl disappeared, came back didn't say a word to me just carried on severing. Asked about my refund, oh the Manager is coming to do it. Another 5 mins Manager finally does refund, no apology just looked blank. This in total took an hour from ordering food. The restaurant wasn't even busy, avoid...
