KFC Derby - Westfield Centre — Restaurant in England

We ordered online from meteor centre at first, because it is always nice from there. But for some reason the order got cancelled and we were refunded straight away.

So then we obviously ordered from KFC derbion. We will never order from here again. After waiting for quite some time for the food to be delivered ( If you could actually call it food) !!!! Totally stone cold on arrival, and DEFINITELY Not fresh, it looked like it had been saved from the day before. This is totally unacceptable and you should be ashamed that you think it's perfectly okay to serve any old crap to the general public, especially after parting with £40. We couldn't even get a refund, because apparently it comes under a meal deal, and the drink would be cold anyway. It is almost laughable. Recently frustrated with this kfc. Instead of ordering online I went in store as I wanted specific chicken pieces. Usually the manager is great and accommodates my request. This time there was a member of staff don’t recall her name and she refused saying they couldn’t give me 2 of the same piece because they’re busy. I’ve been there many times when it’s been busy and that’s never been an issue. I said okay and requested different pieces and when the food came it was nothing that I had asked for. I was really disappointed and I’m neurodivergent so I have real sensory issues about chicken which is why I only eat certain ones. She was very inconsiderate and unhelpful but I didn’t want to cause a fuss. Aside from her I would give this place a 5 for service as usually they are very understanding of my situation. Randomly got a craving for some KFC gravy. Given, it was a Friday evening but had to wait 20 minutes for my small order, got some entertainment in the interim in the form of one delivery driver kicking off and being escorted away by security. Another kicked off and was repeatedly yelled at by a member of staff saying "don't come back! Don't come back!"

The punchline to the story was that when my order was finally ready I was told there was no gravy, bit of a shame given I ordered a "Gravy Megabox" and that the gravy was the only thing I wanted, if they had told me earlier I would have ordered elsewhere. Not really the staff's fault but won't...
