Absolutely stellar experience at Five Guys, all thanks to Nathan! From the moment we walked in, his warm greeting set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. Nathan's attentiveness to our needs, coupled with his upbeat and friendly demeanor, truly made our visit memorable.
Not only did Nathan take the time to ensure our order was prepared exactly to our liking, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we had. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he effortlessly guided us through the plethora of delicious options available.
Throughout our meal, Nathan consistently checked in on us, ensuring our satisfaction and offering refills with a smile. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing exceptional service to every customer.
Overall, Nathan's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our dining experience at Five Guys. Without a doubt, we'll be returning, and we hope to have the pleasure of being served by Nathan again. Five...
Read moreI've passed this place many time and today I decided to try them out for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries and luckily the girl serving me explained about the portion sizes and suggested I have the smallest portion. For £13 and some change, I was expecting something really good. What I got was two overcooked burgers (patties) with all the moisture and flavour squeezed out of them, a processed cheese slice served in a fairly ordinary sesame seed bun (available in all good supermarkets). The significant portion of fries (too much for one person) were seriously over salted. Hereby lies my problem with this restaurant: I understand that the USP for Five Guys is that you can have as many toppings as you wish on your burger (they say for free, but it's not really, is it). But, if the basic product (burger & fries) isn't up to scratch, then it doesn't matter what you chuck on top, it isn't going to improve it. Oh, and do people really care what type of potatoes their oversalted fries have...
Read moreOk I had heard alot about Five Guys being amazing from American friends over the internet, when I saw Intu had one open up below the cinema I had to try it once, and boy are these expensive, I honestly could make a better one at home for 20% of the price for a burger, homemade chips and a drink, granted I would allow for like twice what I'd get at home for service, labour etc but £10 for a burger that to me tasted more like a £2 patty, £1 bun etc and say £3 for labour and it being cooked there and then. Granted I only tried one meal there, and the quality is definitely better then say McD/BK but it felt a little too overpriced, granted if they ever do drop prices in the future I'd treat it as a premium burger place that I would treat myself to if I had money to burn, It's not a place I'd get my lunch/dinner whenever...
