KFC Luton — Restaurant in England

Last Chance Gone! Haven't been here for a few months as we were sick of the order being incorrect, cold fries etc, but the Mediterranean bites attracted us back a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has changed except the staff, and this time is was only the size of drink that they got wrong and it was changed on request. As it was only a small error we would give them one last chance! We then went again this week and while I was standing in the queue a lady was saying to what looked like the manager that she was going to speak to customer services as she wasn't happy, then while I was waiting for my meals a lady came back in to say one of her kids meals was wrong which was met with "I charged you for the strip meal not the burger meal" the lady said she would pay the difference if there was any but she wanted the burger that she had asked for, that was changed and I don't think they asked for the extra money. When I received my meals I thought I had better check them and shock horror (not!) they missed off a whole meal! I showed her the receipt and she says "oh there was two the same on there", we also had no napkins, no fork and only one straw ... how difficult is it to put all the pieces of two meals and a pot of bites in a bag and get the drinks correct?? We won't be going there again unless things...

Chips are borderline inedible - cold, limp and not what you would expect for such a basic staple of KFC's menu. Also for some reason if you are getting take out they always seem to forget to put something in the bag - this time it was the coleslaw and last time it was all the dips. So obviously by the time you get home there is nothing you can do about it other than get annoyed. Couple that with horrid chips and it all makes for a miserable experience. Definitely room for improvement so until they start getting 5 star reviews I am not going back.

Update 18 Feb 2017. My otherhalf bought, without consulting me, a KFC Wicked Variety bucket. Sure enough they managed to mess the order up yet again by supplying what I guess was a bargain bucket. I don't see how you can mess up so badly and so consistently. Someone please take over this branch who knows how to do it correctly.

Update 6 July 2019. Mother in law went this time. I said they will forget the dips so don't buy them. Paid for the dips and sure enough they didn't put them in the order - which you don't find out until you get home. I am starting to think this is some sort of standard KFC con to make more monies...

Hi I visited the place on the 1st April and I order a bucket of 10 pices of chicken and frys to eat in and when I sat down with my wife the bucket contained 4 legs 4 thighs and 2 others of which was all brown meat, and was put into a carrier bag? with no tray, no forks no hand wipes no cardboard plates to put the meal on or cups to drink the pepsi from? When i complained to the staff about the service and the number of chicken legs with no white meat thay took the bucket away took 2 pices out and then recooked the rest, I did write a letter to the outlet no responce and to customer service at KFC. I did get a responce to say that there was nothing thay could do as its a Franchise Please do your self a big favour give this one a miss or you may regret it like we have. not to be recomened we all can not be...
