I recently had the pleasure of visiting Black sheep cafe and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the supervisor, Mr Divesh. His leadership and attention to detail truly set the establishment apart.

Don’t let them scam you! I ordered a drink at the till and waited over 10 minutes with no sign of it being prepared. When I asked the staff, I was told the transaction was still pending and had been cancelled, so I should order again. I checked my bank account and showed them that the payment had in fact gone through. Despite this, the staff insisted that “cards are just slow” and “the system does that.”

I asked for a void receipt as proof, but the manager said they could only email it. The email I received simply confirmed the transaction—there was no proof of voiding. I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to just take their word for it. Ordering a drink should not take 10 minutes of waiting and another 10 minutes of trying to justify a payment that clearly went through.

Only after all this was I offered a „free” drink by the manager. Checked my account today and the transaction went through despite the staff cancelling it. I’m relieved I stood my ground and didn’t let them get away with charging me twice. Avoid...
