KFC Swindon - Clive Parade — Restaurant in England

Ordered using Just eat tonight 😱.

The order was prepared promptly but...

20 minutes went by...suddenly my order was extended by another 20-minute with no pick up.

After 40-minutes the order had been extended again and was picked up (I was watching the map).

The delivery was made 20-minutes after this (1-hour) - everything was cold.

Seriously - If an order is sat on the shelf for 40-minutes is it not common sense that it going to be stone cold 🥶?

Someone I presume was extending the delivery time (3 times in total). Surely after 40-minutes of pressing the "extend delivery button" someone might have thought "o dear this order might be a bit too cool"?

Remake it? Surely this is the right thing to do?

I am very sorry this means you have food waste and your delivery provider gets told off a bit

Ultimately it's pointless all round and the result is a very poor review for KFC and Just Eat - Was this all worth it KFC?

If this is not common sense it makes me wonder about everything else that is taking place in this branch - this is very worrying.

✅Pros: 🔸Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and tidy, both inside and out. This is very important to me, because it shows that hygiene standards are followed here. 🔸Absence of unpleasant odors: There were no extraneous odors in the kitchen, which often happens in fast food restaurants. This is another plus in favor of cleanliness.

❌Cons: 🔹Language barrier: The staff did not immediately understand that I wanted to order a non-spicy dish. Maybe it's because of my accent. Fortunately, the manager who was called to help immediately caught the gist of my request.

🔹Waiting time: I waited a little longer for my order than I expected. This can be a problem if you are in a hurry.

✔️General impression: Despite some flaws, I still recommend this KFC. It's clean, it smells nice, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly, although there are...

The worst food I've ever eaten. Just ordered 3 mega box's from here, only to realize that 2 of them had the wrong contents and were missing things when i got home. All of the hot wings had an excess amount of hair on them, and every single piece of chicken was dry, hard, and had shrunken to half of it's normal size. I'm guessing, as i ordered quite early in the day, that this was chicken that had been kept hot from yesterday that had lost all of its moisture. I get KFC once per week from the Greenbridge KFC and I've never had any problems there, but this was so bad It's completely put me off KFC and i won't be eating KFC for a while, and certainly never...
