Pizza Hut Swindon Cricklade — Restaurant in England

I visited this establishment at lunch time last week. Upon entering I was greeted by (super) Raz . I explained that I had ordered previously but the pizza didn’t arrive as I would have liked it. Raz asked me how I like my pizza which I explained. I returned 10 minutes later to pick up the pizza. Once again greeted by a very cheerful Raz who said ‘I really hope you like it , I tried my best’!. Now, when I say the pizza was perfect, I mean absolutely 100% perfect. Cooked to perfection, hot, correct amount of toppings and cheese, spread evenly and given to me with a smile. Wow. I referred to Raz earlier as ‘super’ Raz and i mean that in every sense of the word. I can’t recommend Raz highly enough. If you want a delicious custom made pizza that will blow your socks off, visit Raz. Just tell Raz how you like it and he will take you to a place you have never been! Incredible! If you live locally, you must visit this establishment and try one of Raz’s pizzas. If you are visiting from another country, I urge you to visit Raz and enjoy the best pizza money can buy worldwide. Ordered wings via Deliveroo (bought 2 boxes which contain 7 wings in each box) when they arrived one box felt heavier than the other which I found so odd. When I opened the box there was literally 3 wings in one box. No one from the store bothered to call us to inform us that the wings had run out (other places tend to do this and offer an alternative to make up for the money spent ) but they did no such thing. My boyfriend spoke to someone named Khamal who sold us dreams stating that the manager would call us back, even going to the lengths of taking down my boyfriends number and other details and we were informed that the manager would contact us back the following day. No one did and my boyfriend called the store to ask about an update : the person he spoke to didn’t seem to have an idea about the situation and informed us that they cant issue refunds directly. Yes it’s only 4 missing wings but I paid full price for these without even getting some form of compensation. Absolutely shocking!! Too much sauce, ( understatement )about 3 times too much cheese, base was pulled and pushed so was raw, I called and a lovely guy answered and arranged to make another and have it delivered, I picked up a slice of the new one and laughed as it was a ham and pineapple, it had a few added extras ( jalapeño and mushrooms ) all the toppings fell off as it was raw, your staff need correct training!! Use the correct measurements, you have a cup for cheese, just lazy staff that will ruin your business!! Don't push and pull, don't take any orders if you can't cope with them as your going to go bust...
