Kembrey Inn Brewers Fayre — Restaurant in England

Went here for dinner, waited ages for our stater and I asked for it three times and a family, who came in way after us got their meal before us. I then asked the waitress and she said they where only just getting their starter's and I said well we hadn't even got ours yet. After another 15 minutes out food came out with our stater in which we asked it not to be. The waitress said well its here now and continued to put it on the table. I proceeded to say we didn't want it now and she said was just very rude and huffed as if it was to much work. I then went up to the person at the bar just to prove a point with the waitress to probe we didn't ask for our mains with our staters. The food was cold messy and after the service we received I was not happy and all I wanted was a hot meal that I had paid for with just some nice service not a stroppy teenager. Anyway the person at the bar had said that we had asked for staters and mains ro be brought out sepertaly. There was a couple sat near us who also who had had rude service just seem like stroppy teenagers who didn't want to be there. I then went to find the person in charge as I was not eating cold tough food that had no taste to it. So I found a assistant manager I believe and he was just as rude telling me that they had had problems as was busy but it was not all and all he said was that he would speak to her and from his tone it was just as if he wanted to get rid of me. Again as I have said very rude. Felt like was being run by a bunch of 5 years old. I have contacted to complain and I have not had a responce in nearly 5 months! I recently have been given an email and had one reply and they got my name wrong and asking for a recipet from 5 months ago not saying sorry or anything. I have read reviews on here fb and it is all terrible not only the one in swindon but everywhere. I will be taking this further if nothing gets sorted as it's disgusting behavior with terrible food and rubbish manors.....Never eat at this pub read revels before u do!! Booked a table for 09:30 one adult three kids. Stood waiting to be seated for 5 mins. Peer around the corner and a lady making drinks at bar said we'll get to you as soon as possible. I said ok. Eventually a waitress came over at 09:40 and sat us down. She said there was 4 tables ahead of me. I asked for drinks she said you'll have to wait till we get round to take your order, she said we only have 3 staff. 10:10 my order was taken. Food served at 10:25. Still no drinks. I spent 10 mins waiting on the toast machine. No bread at the toaster. Caught one of the girls attention who went to get more bread only to be told no white bread left only brown. I had to chase for my drinks order. Drinks came half way into our meals. Appreciate you're busy especially with everyone taking advantage of government discount, but 3 staff for easily 15-20 tables? A couple came in at 10am and got their food and drinks at same time as me. I didn't get some items on my breakfast like black pudding. I didn't bother complaining. The couple did complain about something and one of the staff members came over and said manager said you don't have to pay, breakfast is on us. Crazy. It seemed like the staff knew the couple judging by how they interacted with them. The politeness from our waitress was only reason I didn't give one star.
