KFC — Restaurant in England

This fast food restaurant constantly forgets items in your order, on the way home from work I went through the drive through knowing that I shouldn't and as usual they missed a whole meal from my order for the family, I don't normally return to complain as it's about a 30 minute return drive but this time I had to, the restaurant was empty there was 4 counter staff and 2 managers chatting so they had no excuse they was busy! I got offered the meal they forgot to pack, no compensation for my time or cost to me having to drive back, I had to ask for compensation which was not offered freely! I am fed up with their incompetence and lack of interest in their customers! I said to the "manager" how can this happen? Your not busy! Your over staffed! Why? He couldn't answer so I said their staff are chatting to much not concentrating on the job at hand! He agreed and then told me he couldn't tell them to stop?? He's the manager! What chance do the staff have! I even complained online to KFC and I got a generic corporate reply from the care squad! They need to rebrand that and call it "couldn't care less squad!" I use this KFC for my convenience and I normally spend £50 on a meal for the family! Well not anymore! Well done KFC you have achieved greatness in lack of customer satisfaction !! Came to your KFC to share a meal with family so we drove from poole, To be honest what a disappointment, we ordered 3 separate meals which came to Iover £31.00 pounds, to eat in, two of the meal were up graded to a large, Wrong one drink was up graded , but njthjng elsr, the chip things were cold and the same size a normal, no large, also the chicken was awful, I approached the counter for serviettes as wed not even started to eat, and spoke to a young guy at the serving counter , and pointed out that the food was cold and wasn't nice he turned looked and said really then turned away without even a apology or offering to change food, Then totally ignored any comments,

What a waste of time money and effort driving from poole,

I'd like to think that you will have some interest in this review as poor as it maybe you should return the money that was taken as it was paid by card at you order machine and again no receipt what a surprise just scams rudeness and...

Took 20 mins in a queue in the drive through got myself wedged in so couldnt get out of it people were getting out of their cars and ordering on foot in the shop and we were left still waiting eventually when we got to order our food the man told us he was the manager and couldnt help the wait and said " I dunno if we have a policy on the wait in the drive through."? I asked to speak to someone in charge he said ITS me shes off . I asked his name and he told me attil which was on his name badge and the man behind him said to me no its not thats me he has my name badge on his name is sabastian. So Sabastian if you are reading this you have let your company down and I can assure you someone with such a lack of customer service and integrity would never get a job in my company ... what a disgrace KFC do you really know who you are leaving in charge of your stores .I would never recommend this KFC OUTLET ,...
