King Square Pizza — Restaurant in England

I don't do reviews as a rule but so annoyed we like this place and always find the food very nice we just ordered 2 pizzas and a large mixed kebab pizza were fine but mixed kebab rubbish it consisted of a huge amount of donna meat and 3bits of chicken. No koftas like it says in the add. as am not a massive fan of donna meat my husband was having that. I was having the chicken and kofta. Rang them up told them there was only 3bits of chicken and no kofta there reply was we don't do kofta anymore so we put extra chicken and extra donna in insted well there was no extra chicken and if they would have told me this when I ordered I would have opted for something else very disappointing and its also false advertising. What I got was a donna with 3little bits of chicken that would not of Fed my bloody cat so we're the extra chicken...

Orders wrong numerous times Drivers lost Deliveries over 30 minutes late several times including when the order has been a pre order. Food warm or even cold numerous times When you ring to see where your delivery is, its 2 minutes away like they have trackers ( They dont ) Part of the orders missing several times. Deep pan and thin crust the same thickness

If your ordering before you need to be somewhere, I would either go pick it up or order from elsewhere.

The novelty is the pizza's are square filling the box Granted when they do get it all right, the pizza's are nice as are other items ordered.

I have given this company a fair chance even after they have got it wrong in the past. So I will not be ordering...

delivery driver cant read instructions, I specifically said to call my number as I live in a loft room and can not hear the front door, lucky for me a roommate was in,

the food came cold not even lukewarm I ordered garlic bread nothing special , the takeout is 10 mins by car or 16 by bike so unsure how it went from hot to cold withing this time frame,

the drink that came with it was warm so I am guessing they don't have fridge at this place either that or they took it out before it got sent out with the delivery,

wouldn't recommend ordering just go to collect or go...
