Square Pizza No. 1 — Restaurant in England

I ordered from royal pizza a few years ago and the service from then was brilliant but then I ordered this year back end of 2021 but now their food is completely rubbish when I actually rang I'm up to place an order they said that it would be an hour's wait but they did not tell me that and when I rang them back up they said I will still have to wait and then I was still waiting an hour and 20-minutes Steph food did not still arrive then I rang them back they said they have got a delay on things I said what is the delay their time round and said this is normal you still have to wait for your food then I rang them back 10 minutes later their food was still coming there was waiting for a driver the driver still came with my food at last it was stone cold I would recommend nobody to buy any food...

5star at getting my order WRONG! Garlic bread was completely burnt. Garlic sauce was some kinds of prawn/chilli sauce. Cheese chip wrap without sauce or salad- had gross looking saled in a horrible looking thick uncooked wrap. Sweetcorn pizza wasn't that bad besides I politely asked for Sweetcorn on half the pizza. Donna meat was all dry and tasted...

All I can say is I have food posing from the chicken that wasn’t cooked waited over a hour for uncooked food and the response was disgusting when asked where my order was. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be ill or of work delivery staff looked like he hadn’t washed in about a month and smelt like prawns seriously...
