The Bank Hull — Restaurant in England

Booked two tables of 6, up on arrival was told to wait outside until someone came out to us to show us our tables, 20 minutes later still waiting to be shown our tables so just sat down at what ever we could see was free, then an hour later one of our tables had not been served no drinks what so ever & our other table had been served only three drinks to 3 people on that table all individually, don’t understand why but the bar maid was unable to take the order of the full table & had to do each person individually, so took about 20 minutes to receive 3 drinks, when we asked if our other table could order drinks we was told by bar staff they was to busy so after over an hour waiting & only 3 of us out of 12 receiving drinks we decided to leave which then we had to wait 10 minutes to get my friends bank card back which the bar maid took when she ordered her drink, absolutely appalling service & customer...

This weekend I came down with my mate as we love a karaoke, we seen the bank on Facebook and decided to try them out, when we first arrived we were warmly welcomed by everyone and made to feel at home, We got a few drinks and started to have a laugh with the regular crowd, The whole night was just quality entertainment and there was no stress or drama people from different ages was there enjoying themselves,

This is one place we will definitely be coming back to soon And highly recommended to...

I came with my tonight JoJo as we fancied a night off from singing (but she sang Karaoke?) from seeing the rave reviews for a good night we tried it.
