Worst service EVER, I was promised my food in an hour, after an hour and 10 minutes I called and was told it was still in the kitchen and would be another 15 mins, (with the conversation I had that makes it an hour and a half) so I asked for a discount, to witch the lady said I could cancel the order if I wished I repeated that I wanted my food, but wanted a discount for the late delivery, to this she hung up, then I called back, I got no answer, then I called again, a gentleman answered, and claimed that I swore at the lady before, I had not swore at all!, I said that I had not, and was told because I said I did not swear I must have sworn! and he hung up, so I called back, and after several calls of been hung up on for the moment I asked why they hung up on me I got a man, that stated that I had sworn, I said I had not and that I was not swearing then, I stated that I had requested a discount for the late delivery, and he used the excuse that it is a Saturday night and it could be even later, I responded by asking why he did not allocate more time, to this he dodged the question by asking if I wanted my order and I said with a discount, he started getting irate, I told him I was going to write this review and contact just eat about them, he said he did not care as he would call them in the morning and get it removed!! then stated my order was cancelled and...

This place is a joke. Ordered cheesy chips and it literally came with 4 or 5 strands of cheese on which was stuck to the box and when peeled off the paper off the box came off with it. So we rang them to ask for more and they told me they wanted these ones back (which is fair enough). Then when delivering the second lots of cheesy chips they put hardly any chips in piled with cheese. How hard is it to just put a single layer of cheese on. They did this to take the mick.

Update: Since I have been reached out by the management/owner. I have advice that greaseproof paper needs to be put in ontop of the cheese and chips to stop the cheese melting to the new box following the government change with the old boxes. This way customers like myself don’t end up in a situation like this.

They have apologised and explain they were really busy, and that this shouldn’t have happened and this behaviour wasn’t good enough. They have also since offered us free food, which I’m happy about, so I will end up re-trying in the future, very happy with the service I received after. For that I have...

Wow! Our Will, who has been working there for over 3 years, apparently cannot wait to deliver my order which was placed over 1 hour ago! Should have been delivered between delivered between 22.00 and 22.26. Attitude stinks and after over 5 years of orders at this place, won’t be ordering again! Would have been more understandable if the staff actually had been bothered that the order was still in the shop, Quite blasé about it, instead of being proud of the fact it’s not the road! Yeah, you’re busy but your sarky attitude isn’t appreciated. Especially when, after 1 hour, you expect an order to be delivered between 10 and 10.26 and it is now 10.53🙄
