I placed an order with Lebanese Village last night 10/05/21 at around 20:15, it was supposed to arrive between 21:00 and 21:15 however by 22:00 it still hadn't arrived. When my husband phoned to find out why he was told that due to Ramadan they are struggling to fulfil all their later orders on time. They claimed our order at left the restaurant 5 minutes before with a driver, but they would add a free humus to our order to say sorry? What did arrive was terrible. Lots of soggy rice full of some kind of currants, very small portions of fatty meat. And the fresh bread that we ordered appeared to be a cut up tortilla wrap. Considering the order cost nearly Β£50 for two main meals, bread and 1 portion of fries I was expecting much better! They are operating under the name Filo on many takeaway sites, Filo was a fantastic restaurant, which offered high quality food, big portions and very reasonable prices, using their name is deceitful as the difference between the two restaurants is massive!! I was a regular custiner of Filo but will not be ordering from this new...

Really sad to write this because I’ve had good food there in the past, but we went two weeks ago with a large group and the service was shockingly bad.

Two stars overall because what little food we ate was good. Admittedly we were a large group but we called ahead and they said happy to have us. Even ordered starter and the kids’ food before we got there to help them.

Then arrived and it was shambolic. Hot day and then couldn’t even keep table with water, let alone take order for main. One waitress tried but totally overwhelmed. We sat and sat and sat. Kids had finished eating before they eventually tried to take order for main, so we had to go and the adults left thirsty and hungry at least 90 minutes after arriving.

What made it worse was that - apart from our group - it wasn’t that busy and there was no sense from any staff other than one poor waitress that there was even anything wrong. Really sad because they do nice food and I’d love to see them succeed, but most of our group left saying they’d...

I had a 60th birthday meal at the Lebanese Village and we had a fantastic time; for anyone who is seeking to celebrate a special occasion with a large group, or just seeking a lovely meal, I strongly recommend the Lebanese Village – you will not be disappointed.

Key things that stood out for me were: The food was delicious – from the starters, to the Roast Lamb (fantastic!), and Grilled Meats, and the vegetarian options (I'm told) The restaurant is very atmospheric – it could be a little island of the Mediterranean just off Chesham High Street. This helped build an atmosphere and a sense of occasion. Razin was really easy to deal with in terms of arranging the occasion and ensuring that we were going to have a great time on the day.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I really think the Lebanese Village...

Me and family visited the restaurant for the first time and was greeted by a member of staff who was polite and curtious. The staff were all polite and welcoming and the manager even wanted to welcome us, and also to see if all was fine with the food etc. We had mixed mezze starters and a special mixed grill for the mains. Food quality and freahness was good, and everything had flavour ajd cooked well. Chicken was nice and moist, and we had some nice home made garlic mayo / chilli sauces to compliment everything. Portion sizes were generally good and with value for money in mind. Very happy with the overall experience, i would recommend the restaurant and definitely will come again.

Quite extensive menu of delicious Lebanese dishes, in a pleasant ambience with friendly staff. There's a range of hot and cold mezza starters. Main courses include several varieties of grilled mashaw served on Lebanese bread (some options for 2 persons), a few seafood options, and a dozen house speciality dishes. Set menus are available with a mixed mezza starter. The options for dessert are rather limited but include delicious baklava so I'm not complaining! Drinks-wise, there is a wide selection of cocktails, beers & wines (including several Lebanese options), champagne, spirits, soft drinks, etc.

We had the Houmous Beiruti, Lebanese Village Arayes, Batta Harra (and they threw in a Baba Ghanouj, which was gorgeous), and an extra flatbread to start. We then had the Spicy Shish Taouk, Kofta Kishkash for mains. Absolutely excellent, tasty food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The portions are large so be careful when ordering. We had enough left over for lunch the next day. I really hope they go from strength to strength as the locale needs a restaurant like this that is different, but most importantly good. Sorry for the naff photos. Will do a better job next time!
