Extremely poor service. Poor quality order, inedible and cafe refused to help or refund order when it was addressed with the company we ordered with. It cost just over £25 for two buns and 4 portions of chips. The buns were burnt like charcoal most way through and shriveled, as were the eggs, burnt black underneath. The bacon was rock hard. As for the chips, they were either stale or re-heated and dry, with sharp scraps what look like they were the dregs from the frying pan. Spent a great deal in past years and never complained even when the quality started lacking. Then to give it a try as one of only a few places open, hoping for the best, being as bad as it was and airing my disappointment they just refused to help. They did ask for a photograph but the company it was ordered through didn't ask initially and I didn't think to take one in a rush to leave it just all went in the bin. Called to order whoever answered the phone was rude as. I normally spend about £80plus a month here won't be anymore. I've ordered my kid a toasted cheese sandwich several times here before. Not today, was asked if I don't have a menu in front of me they don't do toasted cheese. When I said I've ordered it before she told me they don't do it. So I said that's fine then thanks. Went in at 8.30am key breakfast time . I asked for a sausage sandwich with onions. Was charged 4.50 for a bread finger with two sausages and no onions. The bread was stale and the finger bun was something child would have a hot dog in! Very friendly lady but charging 4.50 for this!
