Sorry guys but feel we have just been fleeced! We love tapas bars but the food needs to be very good as well as the setting and staff. We had breads, very nice, baked Camembert nice but way to much garlic and £11 !!! Then sqid pasta , sorry tasteless, fish cake , ate a mouthful advised young lad it just tased of salt and pepper, just said he would advise chef, no offer to replace.. I had the black pudding pork, tasty but again over priced. The worst was truffle skins, OMG how to ruin skins and disrespect such a wonderful oil, no idea how much they added but couldn’t take advantage of the wonderful flavour a small drop would give as it seemed they poured a whole bottle on them, we ate 2 each. Will we return NO will we recommend NO bill £55.40 includes 2 drinks. Need sharpen their pencil and price more realistic and replace or remove from bill food returned...

Best coffee in Tarporley! The food was bloody lovely too!

Came in for a spot of lunch having the little lunch offer at £12, a small but tasty rump steak with some seriously good parmesan fries along with a pint a ale. The steak was a small portion but it was perfect for what I wanted, the rest of the menu looks great, bigger main options, adventures with a good variation and catering for everyone’s food requirements. Also not to mention there drink menu looked good too.

Then finished of with a flat white, leading onto a second flat white. 6oz cup as expected, well extracted espresso that was nice and sweet from Jaunty Goat Roastey in Chester I was told and topped off with some well textured milk.

Came here for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Mum was a convert already and now I am too. Wide selection of beers with the cask ale in great condition!

Every morsel of food that passed my lips was delicious. Particular mentions go to the short rib beef tacos and the pear sorbet. The latter was both refreshing and indulgent and served with a shot of house gin that complimemted it beautifully.

I'm a visitor to these parts but can confidently say that the quality of food and drink on offer here, coupled with the excellent service and relaxed atmosphere, make this a must visit for anyone within an...
