Tarporley Takeaway — Restaurant in England

I’ve ordered the same thing on the last 3 visits. Small Donner, chips, salad (no onions) and a pot of chilli sauce. I collected and when I got home, 15 minutes away. Chicken kebab, no chips. (Asked specifically if the order was correct) no salad, no chilli. No chilli, undercooked chips swimming in grease.
