Lucky Dragon Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in England

If you don’t want your money stealing then I would only risk ordering face to face. Tried telling us they’d delivered our food but to the wrong address, then said it had been given to Mr Happy Chinese instead who I rang and they told me it definitely hadn’t. I then got told they would ring me back after 5 minutes which they never did, after an hour and a half I rang again and got told my food was with the driver when they had just told me it wasn’t coming from them, I told them I would come into the shop to sort it because they had £20 of my money and I wanted a refund, they then tried to send me to regency Chinese and mr happy so they didn’t have to deal with us. I ordered a Chinese from this restaurant/takeaway after a long day of work I was very excited for my food however I was extremely disappointed and let down by the service and food from this establishment. Not only was the food tasteless and nearly inedible the service I received from the staff was unacceptable, I ordered my takeaway at approximately 7.15 and my order was due to arrive at 8.20. Well by 8.20 my order had not arrived and the person on the phone was very unapologetic about the service and seemed to not care about the time it had taken however the delivery driver did apologise for the inconvenience of the takeaway. My family have used this takeaway for some time and after this evening we will NOT be using again. After picking up our usual order one of which tasted so much like pure vinegar it couldnt be eaten, My daughter called to let them know we hadnt enjoyed our food only to be greeted with terrible customer service that consisted of what do you expect us to do ? After this a called again and was told i could be refunded. After going into the takeaway with the remaining food i was told i could only have half my money back (£4:20p) for the returned dish because some had been eaten, about two spoonfuls worth.
