The Green Tree — Restaurant in Great Britain

I’ll allocate 5 stars to this pub, a good around public house. Motivated management and staff, a place where the landlord himself takes a pleasure in keeping the pub clean. Excellent Guinness, fantastic atmosphere, comfortable and spacious inside and outside with the a joining beer garden. A real community spirit which makes any public house “a must” I spent less than a week in York, over from France visiting family and enjoyed a couple of pints midweek early...

Two bars in this pub. The one on your right is for friends hanging out and tradesman local pub, so it can be loud entertainment for someone who wishes for calmness. Therefore Green tree have another bar on the left side where it is calm. Family and dog friendly atmosphere. The locals are really respectful and helpful. Sorry its took so long to post - we were visiting my brother who lives in Acomb for xmas and part of the family went for a xmas day walk and stumbled across this pub.
