Oh my... Madame Eat's Thai food brings me back wonderful memories of an idyllic week on Ko Pha Ngan some years ago! I remember being in food heaven at meal times, and now I can feel the same in Hove! :D Sara cooks from the heart and her curries taste exactly like the heavenly meals I had on that little island in Thailand. There are good Thai restaurants in Brighton and Hove, but none like this. I'd go as far as to say that Sara's food is addictive - so just beware. Read moreWe had a takeout in April as not tried it before. Unfortunately, the tofu was very oily and overfried in the lost in Bangkok dish. The spring rolls were nice. The pad thai although there was lots of it, was dry and mostly noodles. Kids didn't like it. Gutted as heard lots of lovely things about this place. May try it again to see if any better.
Hi, we picked it up soon after you opened. Just wasn't enough sauce in pad thai and I understand the crispy tofu but this was definitely over fried as it was burnt in around the edges and very oily. Thanks...

Hands down THE best beef Rendang I've ever eaten, and that includes when in Malaysia! This is incredibly cooked, authentic Asian food at its best. We'll definitely be back for more!
