ONLY in Cornwall would a rude and obnoxious member of staff charge at you during your meal and bark at us for daring to have one subway wrapper on the table. We’d just spent £30 on pasties, cakes and coffees here but one of the kids wanted subway. So one staff member was totally fine with it yet another decided to storm across the seating area and shout at us (and the kids) for daring to have a child eating a subway. This is one of my new favourite places to eat. So I have had the Builders bap. (Sausages, Bacon and Eggs). All in a very hearty bap. You can choose the bap or let them choose for you. Washed down with an oat milk latte. Followed by the most yummy of Doughnuts 🍩 nom nom nom. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best, tastiest Pasty I've had. Sun just before 12. Place was busy. I went for their Medium Steak Pasty. Served HOT. Crust was crumbly and flaky where it should be. Sure they glaze em with Beef dripping 🤔. It was filled to the rafters with both meat and veg. All piping hot and well seasoned. £3.85 to take away. Well worth the money. Staff friendly and helpful.
