Revisited and shocking customer service and more app issues. App not working for orders so free offer not available on the last day - funny that. Tried reinstalling app but same error issue. Showed in store and they refused to honour their offer - not their problem, app nothing to do with them. Lousy customer service, you would expect they had ability to refer issues and serve customer according to offers when app breaks.
Luckily MacDonalds is nearby as is Dominoes so we ate elsewhere.

Love the food and this store very clean. Main issues around awful app bring promoted and attitude of the online customer service. App does not allow you to order BLT even though in app menu and help desk fob you off on the many issues on the app. The location to this store is wrong and if you close app after ordering via app there is no way to get back to order to click that you are in store ready to collect. It’s glitchy, slow and badly thought through - it’s not even visible on App Store if you search for subway! But that search shows KFC, Uber eats, MacDonalds etc! Seems to be a culture thing. Both stores confused at BLT order if you ask for no extra salad. And did not know which credit cards they accept. Beware you’ll end up with just bacon and a scowl. Was quiet in store before lunch but nobody seemed to have checked cold drinks, just vended weak sparkling water instead of tango. There's one lady that just has a constant frown on, even when she "welcomes" you into the store. Didn't feel welcome at all.
One day I went in, there was one guy cleaning the tables. I was the only customer. I was stood waiting at the counter for 15 minutes before he finally acknowledged me.
The staff take very little care in making your sub. Asked for sweet corn and ended up with some sweetcorn and a handful of sweetcorn juice that soaked the sandwich. After a few bites I binned it because it was a soggy mess.
Visited the store before work on the night of the 27th 6:20pm and the doors were locked when they should have been open.
I don't know what it is about the Subway here as well as the McDonalds but they are so often a big let down. It is a shame because I do enjoy a Subway/McDonalds...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Quite literally the worse subway I’ve ever been to. Two members of staff and two customers and it still took nearly 30 minutes to be served. Not an apology in site for the wait. The place is disturbingly dirty - I’ve taken photos of anyone from subway is interested. Finally order, get to the til and there’s a small dirty sign saying card only - at the til after food is ordered!!! We had cash. The woman then claims its management and takes no responsibility for not telling customers or putting a sign on the door as you arrive! Just left the building - perhaps some extra training for the staff members on customer service and hygiene/cleaning - not sure there’s enough training hours in the world tbh.
