McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Every time i order from this mcdonald’s (and only ever this one) there is always something wrong or missing. i actually get so annoyed when ordering mcdonald’s if ive already paid then realised i didn’t change it to portrack lane. Every time i try to complain i get so far then no further. this is due to the way the website is designed you can click automatic answers but on every device ive tried its physically impossible to click submit when u wrote in the box your issue. i spent two years previously working at a different mcdonald’s , and if your messing up this badly so continuously (and after speaking to others and reading other reviews i’m not the only one to experience this) your clearly not following the correct rules and protocols. multiple times i’ve paid for extra cheese and ended up without cheese (no sticker on the front of the food so not even like you have picked up the wrong thing, because mine should have had a sticker stating extra cheese and the ones i’m receiving should have a sticker claiming to have no cheese) also tried to call the store just to be ignored. not normally one to write a review however this is appalling and clearly a lazy store overall. also multiple times during breakfast i’ve had unpopped yolks and quite often have revived cheesy flat breads raw so took out of the oven before timer is up which is a hazard. crazy how this store is open still they don’t even get sauces napkins and...

Overall the worst McDonald's restaurant I've been to, considering I've visited multiple different countries (including America, Canada, Spain and, Greece to name a few), and various locations around the United Kingdom, that's an impressive feat. Each time I have visited this restaurant I won't be greeted and, eye contact is a foreign concept. Also, there's clearly a flaw in the employee training when it's very likely your order will go wrong, and you'll get smaller sizes of what you've ordered. The most recent time I bought a large meal and was supplied with a large drink then told to park up in the bay, only to find when I got home that I had medium size fries. To be honest, I don't expect anywhere to make me wait for my order then supply me with the wrong food. While on the subject, I wouldn't bother getting a McFlurry unless you only eat half, because that's the quantity you're going to get. Avoid this restaurant. Franchises suck. Worst Mc Donalds ever they turn off the app constantly they only care about the drive through, also they are very bad managed the milkshake machine is turned off most of the time because they cant be bothered to clean it and turn it on, chips and food is always cold where they pre make the food and leave it on the side I’ve gotten a reheated burger to many times or a just a plain cold one, this Mc donalds is a disgrace to all macd’s worst workers going lazy and only care about getting paid poor quality food, im disabled and cannot drive this is my nearest i can order from im not allowed to order from anywhere else amymore because of stupid technology they need to fire everyone and start again...
