McDonald's — Restaurant in England

It is what it is guys. I plead on them to start closing for an hour and resuming shortly because they used to save our lives from the cold but now it's like the clubs shut at 3pm and Macdonald's will do the same 15 minutes afterwards leaving the rest of the night legends out in the cold with probably soaked trendy shoes.

My point is, all that could be avoided by thinking of the customers even outside your operating hours because the complaint itself is not on your customer service or anything to do with vandalising the name of the Frappe creators but even as nice as your Frappes can be, one can only enjoy it in the comfort of the Macdonald's sitting in hospitality, considering that blizzards and whirling winds are likely to take course in the city or let's say around.

However, they have a great place and the toilets could use a bit of an upgrade if not at least the urinary drain may need a bit of attention now and then because the odour is not as welcoming as adverts, it's more like your bouncers' faces in one when they are on notice to be fired and the customer is acting up so they have to try and work extra hard to please the boss or at least let the cameras witness it going down since the boss could be in or not ;presumptiously .

It's not a good look but hey, if you start opening early may be I can look the other way on the other stated matter.

Would not recommend a delivery from here at all food is always on the cold side which I can just about get away with just for the convenience of it being delivered HOWEVER this is the third time in the past couple of months I’ve paid extra to upgrade to a milkshake or some form of other upgrade for two and have received a Coca Cola instead, which costs no extra. Every time this has happened I’ve tried contacting the store multiple times with no response (please remove your contact number if you’re not going to answer the phone). Also don’t charge a ridiculous service fee unless you’re actually able to successfully fulfil the services you provide. I’ve now lost enough money from this happening which could have bought me another meal. Good luck if your missing any items from your order cas I doubt you’ll get them without going to the actual store defeating the purpose...

Used this mcdonald's for years but had an unpleasant experience today. Ordered the £5 deal which was £6 in total when I changed the drink to a strawberry milkshake. Got to the till and handed over my £6 in cash for the order and moved on to the next window. When I got to the next window I was told by the server I was £1 short and had only handed over £5. I explained that I handed over 4 £1 coins and a £2 coin so he went off speaking to the young lady who had taken my money and then came back saying I hadn't given her anything!!!! I told him that I was going nowhere until I either had my money returned or the food. Eventually I received my food after 10 minutes.
