McDonald's — Restaurant in England

We visited McDonald’s with 3 under 6 years old for happy meal. The order was , 2 plain cheese burger happy meal and one bun and cheese burger meal, all with fries and Diet Coke for the kiddos. I went to the till to place my order to avoid mistakes. 15 minutes later we hade all our meals brought to the table . We asked to warm the burgers up as they still cold. A young manager turned up at our table and explained since one of the bun had no meet in it the cheese won’t melt hence why is cold. I have asked so what’s the matter with the plain cheese burgers since those have meat inside still frozen in the middle. Instead of warming all up or change it to a warm one we hade a massive agreement how the burgers are made. I don’t need a high education to know the bun and the meat goes on the girl and get defrosted / warmed up then put together. I wasn’t expecting much just all burgers to be warm enough for my kids to have a nice meal. I showed him our plain cheese burgers second and 3rd time and he still went on strong.

I would recommend everyone to avoid that store!!

They have no idea of hospitality! Expect from my children’s to have a half frozen meal...

Just learnt through customer service that McDonald's don't care if your food order is arriving cold, don't care if their "fast" food (it's far from that now) or with items missing or driver's taking your food.

Order from a different McDonald's, just had to wait 45 minutes for cold food. I thought you were meant to be fast or am i wrong.

In fact I wouldn't recommend McDonald's in Hartlepool. You'd think with us having 3, someone would know how to do their job properly.

Paid £15 to throw it away as it is inedible.

I've had food arrive quicker, with better quality ingredients from restaurants in Hartlepool. Says a lot when this company is labelled as fast food, who never has mcflurrys or milkshakes available and charge more per item on the app.

Think McDonald's needs to get their act together or shutdown. To top it off I won't get a refund because it was under an hour but little bits of blue plastic like shown were...

I wouldn't normally review a MacDonald's restaurant but I feel I should with this one, plus it's late and I can't seem to get to sleep. What I like about this place is the consistency of the high quality food they serve (as high quality as fast food can get). I've had MacDonald's from all over the country and no other restaurant seem to constantly get it right, sometimes other places will serve burgers that look like they exploded in the packaging or they'll put fries in your bag upside down or the fries will be over done or have too much salt, and I usually suspect most places have staff that don't want to be there and don't care, so they often get your order wrong in other places, but this place barely ever make any mistakes.
