3rd time ordering and unfortunately have to change my review from 5 stars, the delivery driver dropped our food which fair enough accidents happen but it then took another hour for our food to arrive after already waiting an hour as we were told they had other deliveries to complete before they could collect ours. Our food had evidently been sat out for quite some time as it wasn't very crispy, the seaweed was stale and the munchie box was mainly chips with a sorry amount of chicken. They also missed an item (samosas), gave us a lot less prawn crackers than usual and didn't add any fortune cookies as they usually do. I had bought a sweet and sour chicken ball and boild rice and a mixed grill it was absolutely horrendous both of the dishes taste like dish soap the mixed grill gravy has been water down the same as the sweet and sour sauce you can tell that they are using it to save money by watering down sauces and addeding ingredients in my opinion this place needs to be shut down due to poor food and hygiene safety I wouldn't even give it 0 Stars it would definitely be In the minuses of the Star range if I could avoid with all caution the food is pollutioed and the food...

Absolutely disgusting from last night because me and my friend order an Chinese from welcome Chinese takeaway we got chicken chow mein it had hair in it and the sauce was so lumpy and the chips was so cold and soggy and they were so rude as well didn’t apologise to me to me about the food was cold and they had hair in the food we had last night and we won’t be going there agian and at least we got the refund back and plus the salt and pepper chicken...
