McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Went through the drive thru to pick up a drink for someone, ordered it and pays gets to the next window to be handed a small after ordering a large drink questioned it and was just told "you paid for a medium so" I asked for a large to then have "well I'll refund it for you" I parked up and went in and over heard her talking to one if the other staff asking them to take over the window because she had to deal with "this complaint" with a right snotty attitude, she then proceeded to tell that they don't do a large in the drink I ordered which is fair play but I asked why the person who took my order couldn't have told me this when I placed the order and got a snarky reply of well I wasn't there I then asked why she couldn't have told me when I asked at the window to get said drink that they only do a small or medium and save me coming in to just get "I wasn't there" yet it was her that was going to pass me the drink? She had a proper attitude on her and if the rest of the staff here are the same I wull not be...

Worst restaurants I've ever visited. Yesterday I was handed my latte in a soggy cup holder. That split open and poored all over my legs and on my car interior! Not only did it make me late for my hospital appointment, the female staff was trying to turn the blame around on me. Also saying I shouldn't be mad when clearly it's common sense to not pass hot drinks in a damaged holder! After my hospital appointment I gave a call to the manager that didn't feel like she wanted to do her job...so instead decided to put the female on who start shouting saying she would of cleaned my car for me. I then told her she wouldn't be able to clean it because it was inside my button controls, and seats needed wet vaxing. I said I wanted compensating for the interior cleaning..she then say email this email..but then she puts the phone down!! Absolutely...

Customer service was shocking, drove to the store my granddaughter purchased two meals with sides and paid cash, drove home to Cleethorpes and items missing, she called was very polite to be told come get them next time your passing, then checked all the order which was for a different customer called again to be told your own fault for taking the order, roasted for not having receipt number which wasn’t given even though she paid cash and no apology or incentives to go back, we took the order all the way back and received the correct order without an apology from the staff member in charge on the night shift, my granddaughter was extremely polite and took back the food we had been given by mistake, manners cost nothing just because she is a...
