Really, don’t bother ordering on line we’ve never had what we’ve ordered, items missing, totally wrong order delivered and almost always cold. A really dismal affair and it doesn’t matter whether it’s the app or Uber that you complain too or even direct to the restaurant nothing is sorted, each blames the other, shocking service all round. Last nights delivery arrived and true to form one item missing and one random item in bag. I decided to actually go to restaurant to complain and to be fair the manager(?) I spoke too was very apologetic and replaced the order, so far so good, but on getting home the WRONG chicken burger was in the bag. I give up!!!! Didn’t go back just threw it in the bin I was so over it. We won’t be ordering a delivery again we must have wasted ££££’s over the past 12 months. Oh and like us if you are wondering why you food is always cold well, while I was there last night waiting for my order a good 15 mins it would appear takeaways when ready just sit on the counter waiting to be collected by the delivery guys not under lights or ovens just paper bags sitting on a counter . . . waiting!!!!! Read moreMuch cleaner than many other mcdonalds. Visited to sit in yesterday. It appears, that with the return of the sit in option, you are not a priority, that goes to drive through and take away.
So we got a sloppy service. Wrong food to table, which was sorted, but what was not good was me returning a toffee latte that may not have been, but if it was, was not as described. I asked the employee calmly three times to change it but was met with a churlish response. It was a toffee latte, it IS a toffee latte, you mean you dont want it, "No, i`d like a fresh one". They walked of with a harumph sound. I had to ask another person who whilst distracted did make a fresh perfect toffee latte.
I also said i was order 503 from less than 2 metres and was ignored 3 times to the increasing volume of request for 503!!! (this was the corrected order) Will i sit in again? Yes, but not yet.
Customer service in my view has been lost to Covid but its no excuse to be essentially rude to customers paying substantial sums of money if the product is not up to standard.
The employee with the doubts over my toffee latte should have been sent for a break and to come back when rudeness subsided. That`s a failure...

My partner & son were at the drive thru, not all items stated had been placed on order so my partner had asked at the counter to add an additional item with this was told to F*off by the member of staff in front of my son!! I called after my son came home distressed by this to make a formal complaint. The manager did not appear bothered by this at all or take it particularly seriously. I have been assured this will be taken seriously but feel it isn't & will not at all & fear this member of staff will not be disciplined in the appropriate manner & able to behave like this towards other customers in front of their children.
I am disgusted by this incident at an establishment that is aimed at children & from other reviews I have read this does not appear to be an isolated incident at this particular branch of McDonald's. The customer service is appalling & staff incredibly rude.
I have also visited many times myself & have to say the food isn't much better either & have witnessed how miserable & rude the staff are here. I & my family will never visit this particular...
