Adam is rude and definitely should not be working in customer service. We had ordered via the app and wanted to add to the current order like we have done previously. Straight away Adam was rude snapping saying âcanât do another orderâ but eventually added the things and said we had to pay at the first window for the added items. This was different to what we had done previously but just continued and paid. We continue onto the second window and Adam is stood there shouting at his colleagues that we need to pay again and we are saying âwe have just paidâ he is snapping at us saying we need to do it again and we are confused as the money has already been deducted from our bank balance. He is sighing at us and stormed off while we were talking and asking questions and he asked us to walk up the drive through and go to the first window again. Didnât explain anything hence why we were so confused. Johnny came to the next window and was very understanding and handled the situation amazingly. He explained that there is a new system and this has been happening a lot. The new system is that you have to pay twice for the added items once to confirm and once to pay. I did question what would happen if someone only had the amount of their order in their bank surely the second payment wouldnât go through? Because the money has to come out twice for the first payment to be refunded.    Read moreOrdered double qtr pounder with no sauce or pickles, saving it until last I found it had only one burger in it, queued to inform staff member, spoke to a lad and he asked me to bring it up, returned to the counter and had to wait 4+ mins until I was acknowledged, finally managed to inform the young lady that the previous chap was dealing with me for him to respond to her once asked about it âoh yeahâ.. Then was handed a new burger with all the trimmings, Obviously explained that I didnât want the sauce and pickles so he decided to take my now cold burger and get 1 new burger out in it to make it a double..
Now faced with a burger containing a 15 minute old burger and fresh hot one I declined to accept and had to request a whole new fresh burger (lots of eye rolling)
Had 5/6 orders in the space of 3-4 weeks be wrong here itâs like the staff are too busy and chance what they send incase they get away with it..

   Read moreIâve had mixed experiences at this McDonaldâs, and unfortunately my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. The food was cold and tasted off, almost like it had been sitting out for hours. It lacked the freshness and quality youâd expect, even from a fast food chain. Itâs frustrating when youâre paying for something quick and convenient but end up with a meal that feels subpar.
That said, itâs not always like this. Iâve been here on other occasions when theyâve gotten it rightâthe food was hot, fresh, and exactly what youâd hope from McDonaldâs. The inconsistency is the main issue. Itâs hit-or-miss depending on the day, which makes it hard to know what kind of experience youâll get.
I really hope they can work on being more consistent with food quality, and freshness moving forward.
