What a perfect little spot for dinner this was, on a cold and windy November's evening. A warm welcome was found, along with nicely placed hooks for hanging coats near to your own table! Service was absolutely on point, with just the right amount of attention at just the time, with no sense of being rushed whatsoever. Notice was given regarding the rough amount of time required to prepare our mains, which was both helpful and appreciated. The lamb en croute was a revelation, like tiny parcels of everything that makes a warm dinner on a winter's evening cosy. The pastry fell apart wonderfully, leaving the contents to simply melt in the mouth. Potatoes dauphinois were light and perfectly balanced, green beans al dente but still tender and tasty. The gravy blew my mind. Desert was quite possibly the finest raspberry pavlova I have had the pleasure of eating. Light and yet filling, plated beautifully, and sweet yet not overpowering. Perhaps the only part of the experience which topped the food, was the lovely welcome and friendly demeanour of the staff (one of whom I would assume was the owner or manager). Returning to the cold night, our departure was reminiscent of waving goodbye to friends after a lovely homemade dinner, and I can't think of a better accolade to leave in this review than that. Ten out of ten.

We were seated upstairs which is a lovely quiet area with only 4 or 5 tables. The service was fantastic as was the food. Whilst the food is not cheap it is definitely good value for money. The food was freshly cooked and we were allowed to eat and drink at our own pace without feeling like we had to rush because the next course was ready. A wonderful evening was had by all.

What a fantastic evening at Mojacs, went with the wife for our 3rd anniversary. Perfect decor, nice choice of back ground music, the staff were ever so nice but what topped it off for us was the food, we had a steak meal and it was perfect, even came with pepper corn source which was the perfect accompaniment. Well done mojacs people you really made our night, thankyou.

For a restaurant that is nr. 2 on tripadvisor I expected more...much more.. The food was definitely prepared in advance and then reheated in the microwave before serving, which wouldn't be so bad if the potato and cabbage weren't overcooked and duck breast ended up having "rubber" skin. The starters and the cheesecake are nice 👌 excellent wine also
