Really nice tea, staff so helpful and willing to explain any combination of drinks orders and a fully customisable menu and drink. Even though there was a bit of a queue, I didn't mind waiting and the young lady serving me was really friendly and accommodating. Really good service. Will be coming here again. There was also a lady in the queue who did not want a caffeinated drink, and the young lady serving was so patient and attentive and ensured that her order contained no caffeine.

Patient service when the server went through the options of how sweet (in increments of 25%) or even what flavour bubble tea balls you wanted adding to your drink. 40 pence extra will get you a large. So many fantastic and wonderful combinations to choose from. This is quickly becoming out girls favourite treat (we are somewhat late to the game) If you haven’t tried bubble teas, I thoroughly recommend this establishment!

Finally there are normal bubble tea bar in York. It's a cosy small place with a lot of different tea species. There are around 8 chairs and two tables, one of them near the window. There also are two huge TV with English and Chinese translated menu. Only two sizes of glasses. You can choose amount of ice and sugar in your tea (actually 25% of sugar was too sweet for me).

I ordered an Uber eats pickup and they were extremely ableist. (Im in a wheelchair).

I placed an online order for a single drink. I went to go pick it up, When I tell you ive been waiting 30 minutes for this drink im not exaggerating

I went up the the counter and tried to start talking and SHE WAVED THE PERSON BEHIND ME FORWARD and said "hold on a minute " so I waited. Until it happened 3 times and I just turned around and walked out the store, contacted Uber eats support and got nowhere, went back inside waited in line again and then there was no one behind me, so she ROLLS HER EYES and I go "i have an online order pick up" mind you two other order pick up people have come in and gotten stuff.

She then goes "I guess I can make that" and then made me the wrong drink. I just left and gave up

I'm in a wheelchair not mentally incompetent. Blatantly ableism, severed everyone...

I’ve always been loyal to mooboo but recently mooboo has disappointed me with the awfully long wait times- I waited 20 minutes and left the ship with no drink!!- and the server usually does one order at a time with is soo annoying. The area is also very small so as you wait, the seats are probably taken as there is only 3. It is a bit dirty but the bubble teas are nice. The customer service could change a little so that the atmosphere is nicer while talking to them. Overall, if your dying of thirst go here but if your looking for a better alternative go to lucky lian which is next door...

Rude snapppy staff with zero customer services skills. The assistant looked like I'd just slapped her in the face with a poison squid not politely ordered drinks. Left without drinks due to the disgusting attitude towards paying customers. There's no room in this climate for this kind of service, they won't last long in an otherwise friendly and beautiful City if they don't remove the current staff immediately and replace them with happy staff who can manage a smile and have some degree of manners.
