My partner went to get a kebab, got home and no pitta bread, eventually got through on the phone and the woman on the phone was nice and apologetic and said one would be delivered straight away, half an hour later a very rude driver brought one, I said what good was that as the kebab was cold now, he just shrugged and said well its busy what am I suppose to do!!! Perhaps get the orders right 1st time might be an idea, how hard is that?? He walked off calling me names so unfortunately I don't feel I can go there again as I wouldn't trust him, was dirty looking little man with a foreign accent and a blue car. I ordered a meal today ,one meal was boleneze which I ordered with salad and chips.When it arrived it was just fried mince with cheese on top. The rest of the meals were fine so I rang to complain to the shop who were less than helpful and told me this was what the dish was supposed to be like no rich tomato sauce just dry fried salty mince. To say the meal and the customer service was less than expected would be correct but the outcome will be loss of a customer who regularly orders 4/5 meals . Absolutely shocking quality of customer service! A member of staff female 30th July 8pm was UNBELIEVABLY rude to me and then following a 2nd call my dad. Clearly changes in the menu of over 10% we called to query this to be greeted by rudeness and anguish.
