Whilst camping in Boroughbridge we found morrisons to be a 5 minute drive away and an absolute god send. Great store with easy accessibility. The Cafè here serves great meals however the only pet level I had was when ordering at the digital kiosk, the staff here were baffled on how I had been able to order something that they didn't serve. The team member on the day seemed quite flabbergasted by this in which I offered to show her the option on screen as she just couldn't believe I had been able to order something they didn't provide. After I had shown her, to prove I hadn't made this up, it was rectified by allowing me to order something of the same value instead. I think an update is definitely need either with the digital ordering kiosk or with staff training. However the food that did come was alright and satisfactory, the chips could have been better and I found I was a little overpriced for the quality you recieved. The decor here is the best decor I have ever seen in a Morrisons Cafè, it felt like we were dining in a highstreet lounge rather than in a supermarket 😀

Pro's: Decent portions, breakfast was cooked well overall, very tasty xx Con's: Had to dig around in the cutlery tray for clean cutlery that didn't have food on it 🤮. I ordered the full breakfast and it came with bacon missing. My friends poched egg was boiled to an inch of its life and was rock hard and a funny colour when cut into Ordered 4 drinks, got 3. First member of staff was funny about it, second sorted it for us x

½doz tables occupied so not overly busy yet we had a 25min wait for a fish finger butty and a coffee. 2x battered fish fingers(that were actually quite nice) in a white bap, no butter just a dollop of mayo and a few limp green leaves. Chips were cold and over-cooked. Americano Coffee was hot and fairly good. On the whole we were not impressed and frankly it was not worth the cost(see photos).

Morrison's cafe at Boroughbridge, Yorkshire used to be great. Today we came across the touch screen to order our food. The people in front gave up faffing with it and walked away. We started to order and the screen stopped working. The table number we were supposed to take was eighty. We walked away, did our shopping about 20 minutes and came back to see if the touchscreen was fixed.. it was. We managed to order a meal and our table number was eighty, it was lunchtime and no one had been and ordered whilst we were shopping. The place was almost empty and very few meals were being eaten. Most people having drinks. The touchscreen offers different menus, but you are pressured into making a quick choice as people are queueing behind you. The touchscreen is unhygenic, the screen was sticky and dirty and we went to wash our hands before the meal. The touchscreen, may save on staff but the poor lady at the till was trying to do several jobs. Perhaps the IT department should spend a day observing the touchscreen fiasco. We will not be going to the cafe again. Not an...

been in a few times breakfast not as good same at other stores . so we get other stuff off the menu , the staff are brilliant and do the best they can as their always under staffed . was really annoyed today as a woman rudely complained as her food was late , that was due to it being busy and the staff were doing there best , this same woman came to us to try get us to complain , i told her they were extremely busy and under staffed. we had to wait 30 minutes , and were patient , i would have got another drink while waiting for our food if i had to , i couldn't believe how rude customers were it was obvious they were short staffed even an home delivery guy was sweeping up and clearing tables , they do however need to put a sign at the end saying pick your table as the one they have people dont see , the old way used to be better where they used to give you a table number it would stop customers being confused and rude i thanked the staff when i left probably the only praise they got they performed well in the...
