Mr B's Ice Cream — Restaurant in England

We had a really great experience here recently. The ice creams were genuinely so creamy, and the texture was probably the best I've ever enjoyed. Plus their vegan range was really wonderful, with so many unique flavours to try!

There was also a really kind staff member who not only gave us a wonderful service that day, who allowed us to try all the vegan flavours, and was just an overall friendly person. But they were also kind enough to offer me a glass of water to take my morning medication when they noticed I needed it- I'm disabled, and had forgotten my own water bottle, so I really did appriciate...

Was just in the shop with my friend and her child they got served I was behind them two girls went off which left a young lad who standing behind ice cream counter there was a lady behind me and her children went up to look at ice creams she then got served I was completely ignored. So obviously the £20 plus pound I spend nearly every week in the summer they are happy to be without. I did ask the girl why I was ignored more concerned if it was her fault no offer of can I get you anything. .I think customer service training need to be given especially as there is a far better establishment...

Visited with my family to grab a well deserved treat on a warm day and we weren't disappointed by Mr B's. My wife enjoyed a two scoop tub of mint choc chip which was delicious I didn't get a look in on a taste! My son had the Cookie Monster Pop waffle which did take few minutes to make but it was well worth the wait. A thick pop waffle with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, cookie chunks and chocolate sauce on top. To use my sons words " oh my this is amazing!"
