Mr Kebab & Pizza — Restaurant in England

I have been a customer for over 5 years. And last night they refused to deliver to me over a joke I made with one of the staff who I have been having banter with over the phone. When sometimes he can be a bit rude!! On a couple of occassions my Pizza and Chicken wings have been cold or burn't. I was always polite on these occassions and each time they have either give me a replacement or if to busy gave me extra on my next order.. So to refuse point blank and refuse to deliver even though i asked to speak to his superior who wasn't available. I find this disgusting and i will not do business with them ever again.. Worst takeaway of my life . Ordered chicken kebab and doner kebab with chips. How can food be dry and slimy at the same time! Both kebabs were slimy yet the meat was dry and tasteless possibly been warmed up too many times. The chips were soggy and I actually feel like throwing up both me and my husband feel sick I only ate 2 bites and the rest went in the bin. I don't think a staving tramp would have eaten this. I've been ordering kebabs and pizza from here for about 6 years. I always pick up - I never use the delivery service. The food has always been very nice, the pizzas are well made and not greasy or soggy - and the kebabs are always decent with plenty of meat and salad. The guys behind the counter are always lovely and friendly. I gave it 2 stars for atmosphere because - well it's a takeaway - not a resturant.
