Naz's Rasoi — Restaurant in England

We had such a wonderful time at the restaurant on Monday night for my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration! She chose Indian food, and we had a lovely table for 14 waiting for us. Even though we arrived a little late, we were greeted warmly at the door and quickly settled in with some drinks. I asked if they could hold onto our cake and bring it out at the end, and they were more than happy to help.

As we chatted and enjoyed our drinks, we spotted a fantastic deal on the menu for just £17.95, and everyone decided to go for it. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. No one left feeling hungry—especially the birthday girl, who was sweetly gifted a lovely box of Milk Tray chocolates to take home. Such a thoughtful touch from the restaurant!

When we talked among ourselves, everyone mentioned they hadn’t been there before, but they all agreed they would love to return. A big thank you for the fantastic service and great price!

Awful takeaway experience. Saw they'd won an award so thought we'd try them for the first time. A huge mistake! I rang to get an update as it was nearing the hour time we'd been given for delivery and was told the driver was on the way. I went out to meet them and they never showed up. I rang the restaurant again and they left me waiting on the line 3 times for ages whilst they argued and then clearly lied to me about the driver being lost as it ended up taking an additional half an hour. Despite being assured it wouldn't be, the food was or course cold - and it wasn't even good!! The Jalfrezi, the chicken tasted old. The pakora and bajis were both inedible they were saturated with so much oil. The veg masala and sag paneer were both sickly sweet - never tasted them like this before it was hard to stomach. Certainly do not recommend and will not be returning. How it won any awards...

A lovely restaurant, great friendly accommodating staff and amazing food at reasonable prices. A few negatives, parking is very limited, three spaces on the premises, two of which were filled and mostly double yellow lines around. A couple of spots dotted around. The other negative, we went on a Saturday night and it was so busy, tables were being put up and taken down right next to us. And then our table was being moved along as we sat on it to create more room for the next party. All a little strange, but they said some system went down and they had been double booked. Maybe avoid a Saturday night, but definitely worth a try, the best lamb I've had in a while, although maybe they don't need so many onions to bulk up their dishes. Overall really nice food. Will be trying again soon, just not...
