New Peking House — Restaurant in England

I previously left a 5 star rating, but due to recent service, I'm changing it. I've have made several telephone orders for delivery and had the staff member read back the order. Each time my order gets delivered, there's something missing. It's always a bag of chips or a curry sauce or a portion of rice. This is happening far too often. I have complained about it but get the usual apology. A couple of my friends have said they have noticed this also. I personally think that this is far too coincidental as its always the same thing that's getting missed out. If this takeaway does this often, they're clicking £££s on each customer. My other complaint is that they only accept cash payments. Definitely a fiddle going on. They also don't have a website or app to place an order. I won't be...

I ordered for the first time from new Peking house framwelgate moor Durham . I ordered chicken fried rice and gravy and chips , delivery was on time but the meal was awful the chicken fried rice was in clumps of very dry rice and undercooked chicken ,the gravy and chips were stuck together because the gravy was so thick it was congealed on to the chips the worst Chinese I've ever had, I would like to think they care what there customers really think ,and I'd like to believe if they see a negative review they would care enough to get in touch . This is the second time in a row that the home delivery service has been very poor. It’s obvious they priorities those telephone orders collected from the shop than delivered. They give you a time which in our case was 1 hour to placate you then the delivery is often late (1.5 hours) and rub salt into the wounds the food was not hot. Sorry Peking House we dot mind waiting as long as we have a realistic time, if you can’t then don’t offer a home...
