21/05/2016 @ 20.12 I recieved a confirmation email re my order to Fram Pizza, Front Street Durham. At 9.28pm I called the take away to chase up my order and was told " we are busy it will be another 10 minutes.at 10.02pm the food arrived stone cold and unedible. I rang the shop again and was told someone would collect it and take it back. He arrived in 5 minutes and insisted he checked the food to make sure none of it had been eaten. Absolutely inappropriate behaviour! Being a customer with this shop for over 4 years, I can see that there are new staff members ther every couple of months. I understand general mistakes, but being lied to about the price on call with respect to recieving it and being charged generally too much while not even having the type of a pizza I wanted is not on. especially that I kindly asked my mother to recieve it. Also been hung up on when called back to them about it! As my mother told them, I have mentioned it as well. NEVER COMING...

We order from here every week, sometimes twice per week and never complained, but tonight my husbands kebab meat was cold and hard, he called to tell them and the lady on the desk replied 'well order from somewhere else then!' We couldn't believe how rude she was!
