Nibbles Ltd — Restaurant in England

I have attended Nibbles on a few occasions now and have walked into the same environment each time…. An unfriendly and unprofessional one. I have never left a review as I have never felt bothered by doing them or felt that strong enough to post one . But due to the service I have received on my few occasions at Nibbles I feel as if I had to leave a review for the first time ever . Each time I have attended the staff are very unwelcoming and quite frankly rude . They never seem happy that you are attending their business and thus aiding them in the survival post lockdown . The owner has no personality and may aswell tell you to turn around and get out when you enter as I have yet to receive a friendly hello or even a smile. She seems miserable and is very off putting .

I have seen the reviews on here which rate this establishment highly …. So maybe the occasions I have attended have been ‘one offs’ but service with a smile is not hard and at the end of the day I am a paying customer so should Atleast get a smile .

The owner needs to fix up and fix her’s and her staffs attitude...

Popped into this cafe with my sister on an off chance because there wasn’t much to choose from in datchet and didn’t want to go to a chain coffee shop as they’re a rip off. Really glad we came across it, seems like a family run business which is lovely and the choice for breakfast and lunch options are good. Lots of choice for everyone. I had a breakfast burrito wrap and my sister had a tuna sandwich and it tasted really fresh and was made with care and attention to detail. The hot drinks were really good and my sister even said it was the best mocha she’s had. Really nice latte as well not to strong or hot. Seemed like really down to earth nice women running the place nice to see someone taking pride in their business. Would deffo recommend and i’m hoping to be able to make...

Dangerous and aggressive! I asked for a black coffee: I said "black" three times as I am allergic to milk. When I drunk my coffee I realised they put milk in this, and I'm now having severe gastrointestinal problems the rest of the day. Then I told them about their mistake (and hey no problems we are all human so we make mistakes, but take your responsibility!) but instead they blamed me and they became extremely aggressive and started shouting instead of caring for a customer in whom they have just triggered an allergic response!
