Nice Kebab & Pizza House — Restaurant in England

EDIT TO ADD RESPONSE TO OWNER: You and I both know I am a legitimate customer who placed an online order using this same name. If you’re going to tell blatant lies to cover your own skin try again. When I was served my TINY kebab (and charged large) I checked all your reviews on Google / JustEat / TripAdvisor and all I see is other people also complaining about the same thing.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I travel here from Bromborough because they have the tastiest donner and not everywhere does chicken donner. I ALWAYS order online because I was getting fed up of being over charged when ordering in person. Now the latest thing is you never know what size kebab you’re gona get. I order a large every time and it’s 50/50 whether they’ll give you a small instead. The size of their small kebab is pathetic and the fact this has happened to me at least 3-4 times I’m fuming! Think of the size of a little burger box or small box of chips size. My 6ft tall husband eats it and is still hungry after. AND WE PAID FOR THE BIGGER SIZE! When this place is good, it’s really good but they’re penny pinching and so that’s it now. I tried out Royal Sizzler in Bromborough and they’re great, their large kebab is probably 4 times the size of “Nice kebab” and my husband has to attempt to eat it all in 2 sittings. Just giving people a heads up that if you’re like me and you like to spend your hard earned money wisely. Food is ok but service is awful. We didn’t get our food so rang to chase, they said they couldn’t find our order and hung up. We rang again with our confirmation and got told the same and swore and shouted at plenty of times and then hung up on us. When we rang back at a later time to chase food or a refund they said to come to the shop to prove we ordered. When we did this the man laughed and shouted in my boyfriends face you are making my life hell. He wouldn’t sort it out there and then and said to ring another time/day when they can sort it. Have ordered here often, for any food you have to tell them dont overcook it, otherwise they will cook anything and everything a bit too overdone. The pizza is expensive for an independent and again they can easily overdo it and not really care. One of the older servers has no customer service skills and can be rude,the younger one is much better and tries to talk to you.
