Foods lovely and so are most of the staff, with one exception! The late 40’s scouse woman that looks like she wants to be anywhere but there! We were met with a scowling face when asked for our order, she went off to do it still with a miserable face and then proceeded to bring our order to the counter along with the card reader, we wanted to pay cash so she rolled her eyes and huffed at us as she had to cancel the card payment and take our money! I really don’t think customer service is for her and she really can’t have the audacity to get in to a mood with customers when it was her that was...

Used to be a good butty shop shame, last two trips Iv ended up binning it! Almost raw fatty bacon and cheep tasting cakes Also if your going to be funny about letting people in your shop “due to covid” restrictions ended months ago!!! At least wear a mask while making my food! Won’t let more than one person in there shop but it’s fine for them to breath all over your butty then wipe there faces! No masks on completely backwards last time I go this place cannot believe so many good reviews too saying quality food! The must be joking like dog food the pies and raw bacon...

I cant speak about the food they serve here, but their customer service and treatment towards customers who are unable to wear masks is appauling. The management need to train their staff in learning the public guidelines. And one of them is absolutely not humiliating customers over mask exemptions. If this is how they care for their customers, it leaves nothing to the imagination on how the food is prepared. Kindness...
