Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Popped in to grab some lunch at 12:10 one weekday. Over half the lunch options were out of stock. Of the limited choices picked a cheese toastie. When it was ready it was toasted on one side, soggy on the other, and the cheese inside was like liquid napalm, hotter than the sun and dripping out all over the table and my chin. Nice new building, friendly staff, prices are more than other places within 250m radius. Wide drive thru and plenty of seating inside. Ordered a mocha and wasn’t overly impressed, barely any chocolate taste and if you want to drink it within 30 minutes of offering it’s impossible as it was extremely hot and never cooled even with the lid off. I have been into the Winsford store a few times. I have a coffee and a croissant, which is usually really nice, but not today. The croissant had no “middle” it was so flakey and really not very nice there was no taste to it at all. So disappointung so won’t be going in for a while.
