Number Forty Four — Restaurant in England

Today we visited number 44 towards the end of the day. It was reasonably quiet and a lovely atmosphere the layout and the decor is really nice and fresh. The service was great and the lady who owns it actually sat for a few minutes on the next table us and was having a conversation about the updates to the decor and how it was family run, she was great and involved my children in the conversation. The food was 10/10 the kids really enjoyed it, the children's meals are a really good size and I wouldn't say they were small kids meals. The chips were like the chips you used to get when you were a kid big and homecooked. The halloumi fries were amazing and homemade sausage roll is definitely worth ordering, you won't be disappointed. We were too full for pudding but they looked amazing, so next visit is tea and cake.

I loved the little touches in the bathroom, feminine hygiene products and nice hands soap and moisturiser.

This was our second visit to This amazing ,friendly and High quality food prepared with love establishment ,On our trip to The Uk this year . One feels very safe as all Covid protection are in place . The bacon Bap was just so delicious ,it was filled with proper Well cooked slices . The scones are huge and are The Best one Can get . This is The Best cafe we have ever visited and We must thank The owner Gabby and her Husband . All her Girls are friendly and attentive . I mentioned that I was looking forward to Our Christmas Visit and her fantastic mince pies . Oh She says are You here again ,Yes in 3 days time . Well what did She have made for us Home made mince pies . What a Girl ,She deserves 5 Star plus...

Really lovely wee cafe with a vegan menu!! Food was yummy and they even boxed it up for me to take away when I couldn't manage it all. I had a flat white with soya milk and it came with a wee home made vegan biscuit too. All in all a lovely little place that was open on Easter Monday ☺️ A bit small on the inside if you're still feeling a bit overwhelmed by people after covid. And you can't see any of the cakes before ordering (which is quite unusual). Staff are friendly and will come if you speak up to get their attention when it's busy. On the pricy side for us, but maybe that's standard pricing around these parts 🤷 All in all, a nice visit with parking outside on street...
