Ocean Fish Bar — Restaurant in England

Sadly after some good weeks, today was the worst we have had for a long time. Thin cod, overcooked chicken and chips were thin with very little soft potato And really inedible , phoned to express my Disappointment there was little reaction Other than sorry!

Now I am going to eat humble Pie (pukka)! because Tim phoned back and apologised for one of his staffs handling of the situation in so far as they only said they were sorry to hear of my complaint......whilst my conversation with Tim is private, all has been resolved and I will venture back as usual to continue eating what in my opinion were some of the best Fish and Chips in the town.......so I will forgive them there over site from my last visit whilst they were under pressure from high demand and let normal...

Both myself and Ocean were completely let down by Uber. Driver took over an hour to collect the food. Ocean were fantastic when the driver decided to not bother taking the food and left the order. Ocean re-made my food fresh and arranged another driver as soon as they could. I hope you guys are reimbursed by Uber and thank you for the fantastic...

Food is great but the young lady with brown hair takes the Micky with large chips. I know times are hard but you are out of order. A large chips here is like a small everywhere else but the price is still £2.50. You gunna lose customers this way. I know I am looking elsewhere now. If times are hard out your prices up.
