The Old Eagles is a historic landmark and heritage building. It is the oldest bar in Whitchurch and definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area. Not only does it have inviting and rustic decor, but it also has the most amazing bar staff around. They will make anyone feel as if surrounded by friends. They offer a good selection of alcohol and snacks, and are always happy to advise to fit anyone's taste. Make sure to give the jukebox or the pool table a go.

Sarah the new landlady of the eagles and Tracy the barmaid made my friend and myself so welcome with his cocker spanial on Saturday afternoon that we went back on Sunday afternoon before going back to the wirral on Monday. We had gone on line to check dog friendly pubs in whitchurch and the top 3 that came up where OK but not as friendly and welcoming as the staff at the eagles, we will be back as it helped with our total relaxing weekend.

Thank you so much today for looking after our family as we stayed to watch The Lions Test in a welcoming and very friendly little pub! We checked the day before to see if the match would be on and they confirmed it would! We were there just before 11am through to 1pm. The locals welcomed us too. When weā€™re up this way again on our holidays weā€™ll be calling in again for a welcome pint of Wainwrights!...
