Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

Absolutely shocking experience! Liars through and through!! Placed order online... tracking system they promote, shows order every step of the way!! Order states received by me...well it hasn't been, so call the store to be told that another branch processing, called other branch, no idea what I a talking about..go back to original store...! After much talking, advised we wasn't within their area and they would speak to the other store and get this processed even quicker due to the inconvenience..20 mins later I call the other store, once again no idea what I am talking about, no call received from the store ordered with!! So go back to original store.. who said wasn't their fault, they would now start to process my order.. I asked for a refund..said ok, then cut me off.. called back and every time I called ( knowing they have caller display) they put the phone straight down!! So used a different phone, answered..I asked for manager, after saying who I was, was told he was busy..could hear him say just tell her I will refund..the girl who answered said " you tell her that I am not taking anything from her"..he came to the phone with a awful attitude!! I asked for confirmation of refund which he will not give me, I asked him to confirm how much he was refunding, he couldn't answer..all i was told is it will take 2 days!! No confirmation of refund!! Was again phone put down!! So basically, unless you are physically in the store do not use these people!! Liars...

You know what I never post reviews but I've actually taken the time out to do this one... so first I just wanna say; I was ridiculously thirsty and the whole point I actually ordered was because I wanted a bottle of Pepsi but didn't want to leave the house.. so why not get a pizza for dinner too and have it all delivered. So I order on justeast, large, all meat and bottle of Pepsi - then put a note for the driver to ring me when they arrive, not to knock and I'll come down. I live in a house with other people who normally go to sleep at the time I ordered so didn't want to wake them (plus I'm on the top floor and will never hear the knock).

The driver gets here, rings me and says he's been knocking for ages! I come downstairs - my housemates awake now and moaning he's got work in the morning (great, cheers for not reading the note).

Okok - let's move on. Well at least I'll get my drink because I'm so thirsty remember.... Annnnnndd.. No Pepsi on the ticket (eventhough I have a screenshot from justeat saying it was ordered). So the initial point of me even ordering wasn't fulfilled.

Oh you think it's over? So I go to pay my money over for half my order (£17.99).. I give him a £20. No change. Cool so I've now tipped £2.01 for service I barely even received.

Ordered at 11am for a 4:30 delivery. Received confirmation. At 5 PM the order didn’t arrive. Called the store and had to engage in an argument with the attendant that I actually placed the order. Rude argumentative on the verge of calling me a liar until I read the confirmation letter. Then he came back and said it war delivered. Told him aim standing at the door and it was not delivered. Came back and said the delivery guy took it to the wrong house. No apologies, no we will no charge you just we will get another order out. Two hours after the scheduled delivery date the order arrived and it was the wrong order. Tried calling back and was put on hold for 30 minutes then a hang up. Filed a complaint with corporate for a return call and it never happened.now two days latter another survey asking if I had been contacted. Papa John’s at the peterborough store is the worst in the business. This will be the last time I use this store. The second order, by the way that was wrong and cold you...
