I told my coffee not to be hot. but she gave me a very hot coffee. Then I politely expressed this situation and said, "Can you make cold coffee?" and she just added milk and handed me the glass covered with wet milk during serving. Then I left without getting the coffee and saying nothing. other employees are very positive and kind to me. but the shopkeeper has a sarcastic attitude towards me. Visited 1st time Saturday 05/10/24 at 8.45am. Spent over £11 on small loaf and various pastries & cakes.

Everything was stale and without a doubt it was leftovers from previous day. They give the impression that all freshly baked on site but obviously trunked in from elsewhere, maybe I arrived too early and before daily delivery had been made..?

Would not recommend to anyone as selling yesterdays items at fresh made prices is a rip off. Would not visit again, avoid if you want fresh bakery products.

I have visited this shop twice in the past couple of years and on the first occasion i brought a cornish pasty which was cold. And on the second occasion i brought a steak pasty which was cold and a cream cake which just disintegrated in the bag. I got my money back in the end.
