I made a complaint the day before yesterday and was assured somebody would call me back. Nobody has.
I ordered New York Deli bagels along with some other sandwiches for myself and some friends.
I tried to bite into the pastrami which appeared to be made of plastic (see pic) and was totally inedible and a very unpleasant experience.
Very bad quality for such expensive food.
No, I don't want a voucher, I want my money back!
I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, they have nothing glutenfree, but I guess it's hard to manage with all the pastries they provide. The coffee is a bit expensive compared to the price - it was bitter, very bitter and no crema at all. They should set either the grinder either the machine's temperature, I wonder if there's no qualifies barista who notices the coffee quality. I am very happy that now dogs are welcomed, too.
